Pressure Washing

Walkways, pool decks, and common areas cleaned of grime, algae, and buildup that make concrete look tired and feel slick.

The problem

Dirt, algae, and mildew build up on concrete in shaded and damp areas. Beyond the appearance, a slick film on a walkway or pool deck is its own slip hazard.

When it applies

  • Walkways and common areas that have gone dull or dark with buildup.
  • Pool decks, patios, and shaded paths where algae and mildew form.
  • After concrete repairs, to bring the whole area to a consistent look.
  • Ahead of inspections, open houses, or community events.

How we do it

  1. 1

    Assess the surfaces

We note the surfaces, the type of buildup, and any landscaping or drains to protect.

  2. 2

    Clean

Commercial pressure washing equipment cleans the concrete without damaging the surface.

  3. 3

    Leave it ready to use

Surfaces are rinsed and the area is left clean and walkable.

Pressure washing is a newer CHS service and a natural complement to concrete repair: once the trip hazards are gone, cleaning the walkways finishes the job.
