Trip hazard repair is all we do.
A specialized contractor that does one thing well: finding and fixing the concrete hazards on the properties you are responsible for.
Concrete Hazard Solutions, Inc. is a family-run contractor based in Santa Ana, serving Southern California . Since 2010 we have ground down thousands of linear feet of raised concrete on sidewalks, courtyards, and common-area walkways for property management companies, HOA boards, apartment communities, schools, churches, shopping centers, industrial facilities, and senior communities.
Our goal has always been the same: build lasting partnerships with owners and management companies by being responsive, efficient on the job, and precise in the work. We care about our customers' properties because our own reputation walks on them.
Most of what we do is grinding, because most hazards are in the range grinding solves. We also patch, remove and replace, and repair hillside V-ditches, so our recommendation is based on the hazard, not on the one tool we happen to own.

Brian Fischbeck
Brian leads every site survey and proposal. His focus is finding the most cost-effective way to make a property's walkways safe: grinding where grinding will do, and recommending patching or replacement only where it is needed.
