Annual Site Safety Reviews

A scheduled return visit each year to find and price new hazards before they become someone's fall.

Cracked and displaced concrete at a joint

The problem

Concrete keeps moving after the repairs are done. Trees keep growing, soil keeps settling, and a property that was hazard-free in March can have new raised edges by the following spring.

When it applies

  • You have already had trip hazards repaired and want to keep the property that way.
  • Your board wants a predictable line item for walkway maintenance instead of surprise repairs.
  • The property has mature trees, slopes, or a history of movement.
  • You want a documented record showing the property is inspected on a schedule.

How we do it

  1. 1

We come back on a schedule

Once a year, or on the interval you choose, a CHS surveyor re-walks the property.

  2. 2

New hazards are documented and priced

Anything that has developed since the last visit is measured, photographed, and listed in a short proposal.

  3. 3

You approve only what is needed

Many years the list is short. You decide what to repair and when.

An annual review turns trip hazard repair from a one-time project into routine maintenance. The first survey and repair get a property to a clean baseline. The annual review keeps it there.

For boards and managers, the value is predictability: a known visit, a short list, and a documented record that the walkways are being looked at.
